  1. of course , but people on cruises come in all shapes, sizes and colors  so have fun and dont worry about anyone else

  2. Yes. of course you can, there are many activities both aboard and ashore that do not require swimwear.

But really there is no need to be self conscious, you will not know anyone on the cruise, and in all likelihood you will never meet any of them again. There are all ages, types and body shapes on a cruise and many people stay covered through choice because of the risk of sunburn, skin cancer etc:

Remember, it's your holiday, do whatever you are comfortable with, but enjoy it and have a great time.

  3. of course you can I don't swim at all, and there is tons of things to do ..and I simply love to cruise..you don't need to be in a swim suit to sit on deck and enjoy the sun and people watch or you can shop, or gamble. and there is always eating and the ever popular drinking..have fun and remember you don't know any of them people anyway so who cares...

  4. is this a nudist question?

  5. OF COURSE!! You don't even have to go swimming if you'd like...

  6. I love to cruise and I haven't put on a swimsuit in 10 years - same reason as you.  I don't really enjoy swimming so I'm not really missing anything.  There is so much to do on a cruise, swimsuit activities are just a small portion.  Same thing with the shore excursions.  I usually prefer excursions that are nature or history oriented.  There are a lot of water activites such as scuba, snorkeling, boating, or just laying around on the beach - but there is plenty do do outside of that.  Also, if you enjoy the water activities don't worry about what you look like, cause no one else will.   It's vacation, people are there to relax - not pass judgement.  Enjoy!
