Can a person sue and win a case-???? employee has ccw permit but job doesnt allow guns on job site....?

later on person with permit but no gun( job wont allow) gets robbed on job site at gun point??? Can I take owner of my job to court and win case ??? please explain?????

  1. Ridiculous!!  There's too much gun violence as it is. Too many people with guns on the streets. The odds are better that you'd go "postal" than you getting robbed in the work place.


  2. You can sue for failure to protect you on the job.

    If it's private property, he can set his own rules on fire-arms possession.

    He might figure it's less dangerous for you to give up the cash than to

    have a gunfight on the premises, but his denial of your right of self protection might arguably make him responsible for your loss.

    If i had my gun i wouldnt have been robbed

    then

    NO

    you have no case

    an employer can absolutely require no guns on work site

    they have some responsibility to keep you safe from harm

    but you won't win that lawsuit
