Can a person sue me for monie they spent on my child if the felt like the was the partent?

  1. A person can file a suit against you for anything they want.  Whether they can win or not is another story.  If someone gave you or your child money or things, with no contract, it was a gift, and you cannot be made to pay it back.


  2. Did you read your question before you posted it? I have no freakin' idea what you're asking.

  3. Yes they can sue you.  they may not win, but you would look like a user in the court's eyes for allowing someone who is not the other parent to allow them to spend money, much less let them have contact with the child as if they were the other parent.  Not a good idea to let it happen.
