Can a person that knows little english obtain a Class A CDL?

my husband understands about 80% of english and can speak about 30%. He has a regular drivers license and would like to obtain a class A CDL. What can he do and how can he get a CDL?

depending on what state you live in the dmv should help you in reading and understanding the question's..you have to ask for help, even might make an appointment with some one who speaks your native language that works for the state in the dmv derartment to help your husband,,,good luck
