Can a person travel to cayman island with a cuban passport that has not renewed the proroga?

My passport is still under the 6 years to expire and i am a US resident.

  2. You will need a passport and a visa to enter the Cayman Islands with a Cuban passport.  You will have to go to the closest U.K. consulate nearest your home to do so.
