  1. Yeah if thats where your home of record is, I collected unemployment in NY and was living in Canada!


  2. Yes, you file an inter-state claim where you are now living against the state that was your residence while on active duty.  The unemployment office in Massachusetts should be able to assist you with this matter.

    Most likely not!

    Plus, if you just got out of the military, why cant you find a civilian job with some of the skills you have obtained over the last 4 plus years of your life?

  4. yes, my brother got unemployment from one state and lived in colorado, so yes u can, just find out what state pays the most and choose that one!
