Yes, you file an inter-state claim where you are now living against the state that was your residence while on active duty.  The unemployment office in Massachusetts should be able to assist you with this matter.

yes, my brother got unemployment from one state and lived in colorado, so yes u can, just find out what state pays the most and choose that one!
