  1. NO and that's what civil rights are about.  sorry you lost yours.


  2. I cannot find any disqualification in the U.S. Secretary of State web pages for your getting a U.S. passport because of a past felony. The passport form,  DS-11, does not ask any questions about criminal history.

    Unless the first Answerer has additional information, I'd recommend that you disregard that answer and just download the DS-11 form [web address below] and apply.

    Some of the countries that you intend to visit may have restrictions - but I certainly would not advise you to volunteer any information unless specifically asked.
