  1. Let me put it this way.

    A person with an average IQ can get a PhD, if he has the commitment and works for it.

    A person with a high IQ can fail in getting a PhD, if he thinks:

    "I have a high IQ, so I don't have to work for it. Let's party all the time and have some fun."

    It's not the IQ that makes the difference between success & failure, It's your personal commitment.
