No, an honorary doctorate is unearned; a "Doctor" has an earned PhD. (or MD)

not really unless they've had experience in a hospital since if there is an emergency what would you do. u cant just take action and help that person right away. you need to get some tips from an experienced doctor so you can get better, but what would i know im not a doctor but that is what i think about that question. lol good luck
