Can a person with partially confirmed and partially waiting list ticket board the train or not..?

Yeas a person with waiting list can board the train and if any seat is vacnt as per rules he would get first preference

waiting list ticket holders cant board the train legally.

But you may try to get a birth, ask the TC.

ONLY CONF.PASSENGER CAN BOARD IN TRAIN. IF THE W.L. TICKET COULD NOT CONFIRMED UPTO CHART PREPARATION ONLY WAIT LISTED TICKET AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AFTER CHART PREPARATION AND AMOUNT WILL CREDITED BACK TO USER A/C.

If the partially NOT CONFIRMED persons are few u can take the risk, only if ur schedule is committed. The TC can make arrangement, and/or 2 person can sit in a seat (with some difficulty). If u r in India.

Because in India some Human values are to be seen.
