Can a philadelphia community college student transfer to a out of date school?

this my last year at ccp here in philadelphia. i have to start picking another school. I want to transfer to a out state school in NYC. Do you think they will take my credits. The name of the school i want to attend is the Lang New School for Liberal Arts in nyc

Generally, community college credits are accepted. Call the admission office of Lang and check (some may be accepted, others not).
