Can a phone company know what kind of pics you send someone?

If i was sending a pic to my friend of me trying a bathing suit on could the phone company know I was sending it and contact me about it?

YES!!!!, If you have Sprint, you can go online and look at all of the pics you've sent and recieved. They drop off after 60 days from the site but yes they are on there. All you have to do is set up your account and you'd be amazed at what you've taken pics of that you forgot about
