Can a pilot get hired after the age of 40 in Peru? ,or theres more demand for younger pilots in their 20 -30's

overall, hows the job market in Peru for older pilots, and what if they start studying like in their late 30's ?

  1. I have no idea but why don't you try and contact the pilot association (there must be one!) or IATA or just ask some airlines. Let me tell you that the best pilots I've seen in my life after flying all over the word, are older pilots with lots of experience. I don't think it's a matter of age (hiring you) but rather a matter of experience. However you may try and contact some smaller national airlines which fly to Peru's provinces to see if they will hire you.I really don't think that younger pilots are more "on demand". It all depends on experience, training and flight hours.
