  1. no.  never.

  2. Do you mean trespassing?  The police can't force you to sign anything, but all that means is that you received the trespass form.  Regardless if you sign or not you still are not allowed back on the property.  If you don't sign the officer will just note that and move on to the next one.

  3.   By signing it merely means you have read and understand the terms, refusal is an option, but always remember, many times those banning forms are issued in leiu of arrest or the issuance of a citation, in other words, he is doing you a favor.

  4. h**l no. It's unconstitutional. America's taking our rights away anyway. America is no more. We're giving them our fingerprints n such. next thing you know well have identity chips in our epidermis.

  5. First of all, I have no idea what a banning form is. But usually people can't be forced to do much of anything, unless they are arrested or convicted. Can you explain better?

  6. 5th Amendment does not allow someone to incriminate themselves or testify against them self. Unless found guilty via a judge of an act constituting a penalty that requires banning from a public place, then the form should not have been signed. Only private property can have a verbal or written ban without due process. (IE Stores, Clubs, etc)

Also, anyone is allowed the right to a lawyer before interacting with the police. So no one is legally allowed to be forced into signing any form of penalty unless convicted of a said crime/infraction. (In the case of tickets, you can neglect to sign, but will find yourself in court to determine if the offense was illegal or not)

  7. You cannot be forced to sign any document when against your will and against the law.

  8. No,

the cops can't "force" anyone to sign anything.

  9. You really need to explain what you are talking about.  When you say banning form, that makes no sense.  If you are talking about trespassing, then it doesn't matter if you sign it or not if you are not allowed on a property it doesn't matter if you agree to it.

  10. no police can not force some one to sign something against their will the 5th ammendment states that  Due process; Self-incrimination; Double jeopardy (Can't be tried for the same crime twice), and rules for Eminent Domain. whitch means you can not be forced to Self incrimanate your self also stateing a police officer can not force you to sign somthing not on you free will if i were you i would take this up in court if you feel like a police officer has tooken away this right also some rights such as signing legal documents are retain by the parents untill 18

  11. no but you can go to jail or for you would be juvenile

  12. no, and certainly not if they're a minor...

  13. They cannot force you. You say you won't sign it and they write it on the form saying you won't sign it. It's still effective.

  14. They've got guns. You've got car keys. What do you think.

  15. I suppose they could put the pen in the kids hand and force the hand to move, but the question ought to be about the legal consequences of such an action.

  16. No they cannot, and as a minor, your signature is worthless insofar as a 'contract' is concerned.
