  1. A power of attorney can be contested; however, in order to win such a contest the person contesting the POA must show that the person making the POA was not competent at the time the POA was made.


  2. Anything can be contested, but if the POA is done right, with witnesses and notarized and recorder, they will have a very difficult time!

  3. anything can be contested whether something contested is overturned is another situation...

  4. If you can prove it was done under duress or while not of sound mind you might be able to. Not a great chance of winning.
