Hi, I had a missed m/c and a d&c on 7/21/08. I stopped spotting like 4 days after and swaer that I O'd exactly 7 days after. Is that even possible? My husband and I have been tracking my hormones and they are back to normal. I have been extremely tired, nauseas, b*****s achy sometimes, and slightly crampy. Also headaches and frequent bathroom trips. I know it's not a UTI becaue I had that checked and I do not have a fever. What do you think? Could I have gotten Pregnant so soon? Has anyone gotten preggers that quickly after a m/c and had a healthy baby?

  1. yes it is possible to get pg right after since you are most fertile. they only tell you to wait for 1-3 periods after so you're body will have the chance to recover. its more a physical and emotional healing.

i've heard a lot of poeple who have had successful pg's after a mc. goodluck!

  2. It is very possible to get pregnant right after a miscarriage. Your body is more likely coming off of the hormones. I had a MC in May and I still had pregnancy symptoms for about 4 weeks after until my next period showed up. It can take a while for your hormones to balance back out after miscarrying. My midwife told me not to think I was pregnant because that would just cause more heartache. So, assume that you aren't for a few weeks and see if AF comes. Good luck to you!

  3. It's definitely possible.  But I know you are supposed to let your body heal...let your uterine lining gain strength to beable to hold a pregnancy. I wish you the best though!!!

  4. it's definitely possible. it's soooo easy to get pregnant right after a miscarriage. good luck!

  5. Hi. I had a miscarriage on June 8th and had a period July 13th. So I know its possible to ovulate very soon after!!
