  1. Working as a traffic reporter in Dallas, I remember an incident a few years ago where a pregnant woman got in the HOV by herself, and had to pull over when the baby started coming. The woman was not ticketed because there were two people in the car by the time police got there.

  2. No, only with two or more present bodies.

  3. No, that is not the purpose of the car pool lane.  The purpse of a car pool lane is to reduce the amount of cars on the road therefore, reducing the amount oc CO2 release into the atmosphere.  An unborn baby cannot drive.

  4. only with another person or persons in the car

  5. Nope.  It doesn't count.  Sorry.

  6. no becaus ethe actual law is that there has to be two or more licenced drivers in the car... it doesnt even count if u have  a 20 year old with u that doesnt have a liscence

  7. u should  just drive in the carpool and if u get pulled over say oh i sorry i though my baby counted. +) hha lol

  8. nope "society" does not see an unborn baby as a person

  9. I think that depends on the cop that pulls you over.  If I was an officer and you were obviously pregnant I would just give you a warning.  And if you happen to be in labor that's different all together.

  10. No. There was actually a big scandal about that a few years ago.

The ruling is that the law does not consider you a person until you are born.
