Can a prison inmate be released on a sunday from moberly correctional center

A convict MUST BE released no later than one second past midnight from any Missouri Correctional Center.  If they are not,the Missouri Department of Corrections are violating Missouri law by holding someone against their will.  Most generally when a convict is scheduled for release from a Missouri Correctional Center in Missouri, they will be scheduled to be released that morning.  

They are given enough funds for a bus or train ticket along with any money that is left on their canteen account.  Or,they can have a family member pick them up.  Knowledge and Experience:  I've been around corrections my entire life - am a Lieutenant in Missouri.
