  1. It isn't that the racquet itself is bad.  It could be that it's a bad racquet for her.  If it's one of the heavier models, it could just be too heavy for her.  Also, it could have too small a head for her.  If she hits off the frame a lot, or if she hits off-center a lot, the head might be too small.

But the real judge of how the racquet is would be the one who is using it.  Ask her if she feels like she has trouble creating enough power with it or if she frames the ball a lot.  Or if the racquet just feels dead (like she's hitting with a solid board).  If she says yes to these, then it would probably benefit her to get a different racquet.  Something a little lighter and more forgiving (larger headsize).  But if she likes how her current racquet feels, then let her keep using it.

  2. depends what racket it is but most babalotts are good i prefore prince thow and i'm a national ranked player

  3. First, you have to be good, a racket doesn't play by itself. Second, a racket may be not good for you and your style\skill level: wrong size, wrong balance etc. Third, you have to string it right. Fourth, even an expensive racket can be garbage, sometimes it's a scam.

  4. There are many rackets made by Prince, Wilson, Head and Babolat that are very poor quality rackets.

But, just because you don't hit well with one doesn't mean it is a poor racket. It just may not be right for you. That is why they come in so many shapes, sizes and weights. What feels great for one person may feel awful for another.

Just because it is made by a big company and costs a lot of money doesn't mean it is a good racket though.

  5. well...it all depends,

Its not necessarily the whether the racket is bad or not, its whether it is comfortable and compatible with the player. After a certain level of racquet quality, it all depends on the player's preference. A lot of players, even really good ones, find some tour level racquets to be very hard to use do to the wieght and head size. But after a while, most get used to it

Of Course....the player could just suck =D

  6. It is the player who's the problem not the racquet. The player makes the shots, he should make the necessary adjustments on the racquet to win games. A player must practice constantly with his racquet inorder to familiarize with the racquet in hand. If a player is not good enough, even if he changes rackets, his styles of play will still be his normal styles.

An example: Give different brands of rackets to Roger, he will still play his usual style & win them all still.

To correct a player, practice more often & adjust all the time to the level of the games. Changing rackets is not a solution in winning games.

    Good times.
