  1. Yes, they are a notary dignatory, thats what i did. Done it twice and received my passports without hassle. Lok it up.


  2. Although the instructions for getting a passport usually say you have to get a signature from a doctor or teacher or policeman etc., they often accept other people who have some sort of professional qualification or licence, so a landlord will hopefully be OK.

    it is fine to do this, i myself as a personal license holder and designated premesis supervisor have done so and it has always been fine

  12. Only if the owner is also the licensee.  That isn't always the case, sometimes one person owns the premises but another holds the license.  It is only the licensee who is allowed to sign.
