  1. Yes but you need a bike shop.


  2. Yes, but you would also need to replace the headset from a threaded one to a threadless one and possibly handlebars (I don't know if you can get 26mm stem clamps...).

    You'll need to be able to remove the existing race cups from the headtube and then fit the new ones.
