  1. Superman sneaked as a here born person. ET wanted to go home

    Ask the MIB about that

  2. They can marry but there is no guarantee that the illegal alien will be granted residency to stay in the host country x*x

  3. No free GET OUT OF JAIL card for the Illegal if you marry them.

Both of you go to his birth homeland, marry there, then he needs to apply for a US visa THE RIGHT WAY. Oh, it will take years, but if it's true love, years will fly by.

  4. Yes they can get married

No that won't help the illegal stay

  5. Well you can get married, and your US citizen spouse can file an application for you -- and your illegal alien status will be exposed and you get arrested, detained, deported and barred from re-entry for 10 years.  If you want to marry, marry someone who wants to live in your country of citizenship, because that is the only alternative available to you.  There is no way for an illegal alien to remain and get some sort of visa or permission to remain.  Go home.

  6. I DON'T KNOW IF YOU CAN GET MARRY AND THEN SAID WELL SHE/HE WAS HERE I LLEGALLY WHEN WE GOT MARRY.  HOWEVER THE BRIDE/GROOM WOULD HAVE HARD TIME EXPLAINING HOW SHE ENTER THE COUNTRY ILLEGALLY.  IN MY OPINION THE EASY THING TO DO IS SEND HIM/HER BACK AND APPLY FOR A FIANCE VISA THAT WAY HE/SHE ENTER THE COUNTRY LEGALLY AND CAN THEN MARRIED AND APPLIED THE PROPER WAY FOR RESIDENCY.

  7. A resident can marry an illegal alien and apply for permanent status but it will take a long time. Right now, the USCIS is processing these kind of cases from people that got married and applied on May 2002. So it would take roughly 6 years for him/her to get legal status. On the other hand, if you were to become a Citizen, he/her will receive legal status,(permanent residence) within a year of applying.

  8. Nope ...not and get citizenship.

Better send em' home first, marry em' there and apply.

Hope you enjoy living abroad. Could be your pay back for hooking up with an illegal.
