  1. Sorry, but the Kerr solution to Einstein's field equations does not permit closed timelike curves - they do not allow you to travel into the past. Rather, it seems to allow you to travel into the future - as you fall in, the entire history of the universe plays itself in fast forward before your eyes (and you get baked by the extreme blueshifted radiation all piling up at once.)
