  1. The router does not record but your computer does keep a record and if the router is not password protected then someone can read what is on your computer.


  2. It CAN if it is set up to do so. Even the cheap routers you can buy can easily be set up to log all activity. Chances are, however, if the router is unsecured it is also not set up to log - the owner is simply too stupid or too naive to protect his/her internet connection. If it is a commercial unsecured internet, it is being logged.

  3. The router can record what computer has been accessed even you are using wireless, but not much user know how to use it and why need so. usually the log will be time connected, packet send/received, ip/website accessed, what computer name has been connected to the router etc...
