Yes you can have a dream more than once. It has to do with if you find that dream pleasant than your brain might play it back. Or if you go to bed with the radio on then if the same song plays right before you go to sleep a number of times then you might dream the same thing those nights.

Yes, the same dream will re-occur, because it is still trying to deliver the same message, basically it is trying to deliver information asking for a resolution, and until you solve it, it may return the same on in some way different, still implying the same thing.
