Basically, there is a package that was sent to me in the US, (I'm from Canada). Due to a long business trip, I couldn't make it in time to pick it up at the post office, so it was sent back. Can the sender send back the package to me free without charge? Or do I have to pay for shipping fees again, thanks.

  1. have to pay postage the second time around.  The package made it to its destination, the shipper did what they were "hired" for.  So if it is going again, its going to be another round of postage

  2. Every time the package leaves the post office the postage has to be paid.   That's why the post office cancels stamps after they pass through the postal meter.  So they can only be used once.
