Can a shortwave radio tune into 1320AM broadcast?

I live in Dallas, Texas and want to listen to 1320AM broadcast in Houston, Texas. My question is: can a shortwave radio work for this? Thank You,

  1. Pretty well ALL shortwave radios will also receive the AM broadcast band.

    Portables will often do the FM band as well.
