Can a single BlackBerry Enterprise Server talk to more than one wireless carrier?

My employer's has a standard wireless phone carrier, but I have to get my wireless phone service from a different carrier (AT&T), because that's the only whose signal strength is anything higher than zero at my home. If I were to get an AT&T Wireless BlackBerry, would I be able to get my work email pushed via my employer's BlackBerry Enterprise Server, which presumably mostly (only?) currently talks to our company standard wireless carrier rather than AT&T Wireless?

Yes, you can.  

The server actually connects to the RIM (maker of blackberry) network operations center in Canada, not each specific carrier.

No setup changes required to make it work.
