I think I may have a sinus infection(headache, body ache, eyeballs hurt when I move them around). It started monday night, and kept getting worse. Yesterday, my eyes hurt really bad, and it seemed like it hurt to look at anything. Today, however, I feel a LOT better. There is still a little bit of pain in my eyes, but soooo not as bad as yesterday. I don't want to go to the doctors and waste my money if this infection is clearing up.I have a doctors appointment today, and I don't know whether I should cancel it.

  1. mine never clear up on their own.

I use this to cure it and it really works.

My husband uses this to keep from getting bronchitis, and I use to to cure sinus infections. THere are many kinds of bacteria that live in the sinuses, and this gets rid of all the bad ones!.This is the only thing that really helped me --- my Dr. told me about a sinus wash that will kill bacteria.

    you need

    distilled water

    sea salt

liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store.

in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature.

add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix.

using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down.

Turn the head and let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have paper towels handy.

The silver kills the bacteria and there are several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities and anti biotics don't get rid of them all.

Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.

Then do it once a week for maintenance.

There is nothing in this that will hurt you, and it cured me.

I do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore.

    best wishes

  2. It will take a long time for it to go away on it's own. But if it goes untreated, it can cause long term damage. You can get chronic sinus infections.  I would see a doctor for some antibiotics.

Then after, I would invest in a netti pot. Works wonders.

  3. Go to the doctor! My brother in law had a sinus infection that spread to the bones surrounding the sinuses and now has to go for surgery to get the bones scraped

  4. I think "the only" got it right. If you have an infection  you would have  a  fever ,  and you would not felt better without antibiotics. It does sound like a migraine headache. Buy yourself  a thermometer.

  5. sinus infection almost always includes nasal congestion, nasal discharge and post nasal drip...you don't mention any of those...I would say your issue was more likely migraine.

  6. Headaches brought on by muscle spasms are classified as tension-type headaches; those caused by the dilation of blood vessels are called vascular headaches. A more specialized classification, by the International Headache Society, further divides headaches into 14 categories for research purposes. Headaches can accompany sinusitis, a condition in which the membranes lining the sinuses become swollen and inflamed. When a sinus becomes inflamed, usually as the result of an allergic reaction, a tumor, or an infection, the inflammation will prevent the outflow of mucus and cause a pain similar to that of a headache.
