Can a smoke screen test be done with a urine sample?

im due an operation in the next week but might not be able to have it done because the nurse said my urine screening showed i was a heavy smoker, but i only smoke ten or less a day!!

Nicotine is heavily concentrated in urine...remember the kidneys filter toxins...and what is nicotine? A Toxin.
