I am 19 years young and have been smoking for 1 year. I haven't been doing much running and my ship date is 11 days away. I went from a pack a day to 3-8 a day. 1 week ago I quit cigarettes but still smoke about 2 or 3 black and milds a day.I'm only worried about the running. I know before smoking i did miles in 7:40 at high school and that was not trying my hardest. I would put all my effore into boot camp, but will my lungs be able to handle it? (I know i can't smoke and boot camp and I'm using at it as my chance to quit for good)
