  1. no but in the military if you know the right people and are an outstanding soldier they can make anything happen for you.

    I have seen it happen.

    Be able to show that you provide more than 50% of that person's annual support, and sign a statement.

    Enroll them into DEERS, and it is done.


  3. Yes..... As long as you provide more than 50% of her support.....you can have her declared your dependent no matter where she lives..... talk to your personnel clerk...... once she is officially your dependent you can use her on your taxes

Yes, as long as the soldier can prove that they are providing 50% or more financial support to the mother.  As far as being able to live with him where he is stationed...I don't know about that one, that is concerning living on-base.  If he's living off-base then yes, he could have anyone live with him.
