  1. Refugees and asylees in the US can get a travel document from USCIS  that functions as a passport, but it does not give the holder US citizenship.

  2. You can get a passport in the US, but it can't be a US passport.

  3. I'm amazed... just when I think I have seen the DUMBEST and the MOST STUPID question EVER... along comes someone with a question that is a whole new low in STUPID...  YOU WIN THE PRIZE.

A PASSPORT is PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP... so what part of that is it you can't understand?

  4. The answer, surprisingly, is yes.

People who are US Nationals (born in or have a connection with a US Outlying possession: Swains Island or American Samoa) are eligible for a US passport, owe allegiance to the US but are not US citizens (all US Citizens are US nationals, but not all US nationals are US Citizens).

Go look in your US passport, see where it says "the US citizen/national"?

  5. Jesus johnathan, calm down.

    You can't legally get a U.S. Passport if you arn't a citizen.
