  1. yes, i think it's ok. Depending on the circumstances. There would be no reason to think that a person would be asking a minor questions that would revolve around anything other then trying to protect them or keep them safe.  


  2. Yea they can but it depends on the situation.... If you ask to have your parents present i think they have to obey your wishes...

    I know that counselors can "ask questions" without a parent

  3. It depends on the questions or the problem. If it is a legal problem a parent must be present. If I were you I would not answer any questions without the parent aware of what the questions are. I hope this helps you out.
