  1. Yes but it will be very noisy if you are talking about one that is still on but damaged.

    Yes as well if you are talking about one that has been removed but the (ECM) vehicles computer and the car will not run correctly.....


  2. yes... but it will be dog slow and won't run overly well.

  3. Never tried. Of course it could with a naturally aspirated ECU for the same reason. May or may not run so great without a new ECU.
