I've always been conscious of my food choices. A low fat, low sugar diet has been a custom I've mine for sometime. I always visit the gym at least 4 days a week. Well, I'm not sure what triggered it, but I took a turn for the worst. I eat fast food almost daily, I haven't been to the gym for almost 2 weeks, I drink soda regularly. I feel horrible now. I'm always dizzy and light headed. I fatigue quickly and right now as I'm typing, I feel really feverish after a day at the fair eating greased up foods. Can an instant change in a diet really affect me this bad? I'm leaning towards yes but I wanted others' opinions. I plan on getting back on track tomorrow.
