no it stop at a certain point but if u take something and push it up way up then probably it will get stuck.

The tampon insert has instructions about how to get it out if it goes to high or the pull string detatches.

Yeah, I read about this one woman who had a tampon in, and got carried away with her husband, they were having the best s*x she'd ever had when she remembered, she didn't want to spoil so she kept going., She had to go to the doctor the next day to have it removed. NO damage done.

it can but very rare, it happened to someone i know, but never to me don't worry about them they're safe, lots of things can happen but it is very rare. :)

It can only go as far as your cervix, so it can't get lost. But if you can't get it out, try a warm bath and then pulling it out.

no, theres no wer for it to go, and your v****a aint that long, so if you cant feel anything from just putting your hands below then you will have to go inside and feel for it and pull it out.

The opening at your cervix is about the size of a pencil.  Way too small for a tampon to get through.  A tampon doesn't usually get stuck, but what can happen is that the string can wander up inside you so that when removal time comes, you have to fish for it.  I've personally never had a problem.  Hope this helps.
