In my opinion, the best type to do is sales, unless you're really interested in customer service, ect.

Sales is sort of half-way like being in your own business, and at least there's hope of making it. Most people will disagree with this advice, but they prefer a dumb hourly job.

Teachers can engage in any business or enter into additional employment as long as these activities do not interfere with their official hours of teaching. Call centers require their agents to attend a screening and if they pass, the candidates have to undergo training for some weeks before they get fielded.

are you from the philippines? i am. my brother is a call center agent, and he didnt finish 2nd year college, and he took up a (pretty bad) unpopular course, i wont mention what, but he earns 10k - 12k pesos a month (quite big for ordinary filipino workers especially undergrad). i have lots of cousins too, one finished nursing, one finished psychology, and they are currently working in a call center, and they earn more than 10k pesos, up to 20k pesos a month.

so.. this is a fact - you can work in a call center as long as you know how to communicate well, you can stand graveyard schedules, you can stand changing schedules, you wont sleep at work, you can talk so well, you know. you should be able to speak english FLUENTLY, as in you'd sound like an american. and you should be computer literate, that's all.

here in the philippines, you can apply right away and become a call center agent instanlty after a little training. the course you are taking, partly took, or took wont matter. but, if you finished at least a 4-year course, you'll be paid higher unlike my brother.
