  1. tell the princibal what that student did wrong and the teacher could suspend a student from their class for as long as they'd like unless the parent(s) have a problem with it.


  2. You can suspend a student from your class, and you can keep documentation so that a student is not allowed to come back to your class EVER. I am not sure of the exact legal code for it, but if you document that you exhaust your resources for a student (parent calls, conferences, etc.) a student can be "booted" from your class. As far as the school, hmmm.... I think you need other teachers who have a problem first.
