Try posting your question on car-seat.org.  A tech can look it up in the LATCH book and give you the part number so when you call Honda they can get it for you.

Its best to call your local dealer and give them the VIN off your car and they will be able to cross reference this information for you......................

Most likely, you can buy it, call a Honda dealer, they will be able to tell you how much the part costs (for mine, it was $6, but I have a '99 Civic) and how much they charge to put it in. You can also choose to install it yourself, if the hole is already in the back dash. Take a look at the rear window area of your car - are there any little cap looking things on the rear dash? Looks like little circles that are separate from the dash? If not, you probably will have to have them install it for you so they can drill in the plastic on the back dash.
