  1. yes... sometimes the brain isn't mature enough to comprehend exactly what is happening at the moment or it is so shocking it can't take it all in at the moment of the trauma... so it protects itself until it can deal with it... sometimes it never does...

  3. YES. Till another and another happens,pray you do not suffer from PTSD which is what I have. It took 30+ events to produce it in me. Sorry not much info. Ask your Dr. about it.

  4. Should it reappear, then you'll know. I have a most traumatic expereice remembered the other day. I did not even remember that I had that experience, until someone triggered it in my memory, they made me look at some college photos of some old time students who were beating me up when I was in going to school

  5. yup. I've suppressed nearly my entire childhood heh..

    some stuff pop up though..kinda sucks when it does too.

  7. Possibly will be able to repress somehow according to the weigh of the traumatic experience that gave an impact to an individual's life.

    The weaker the person is, the trauma will easily give way to persist on, As it may occur an unpleasant outcome. It may also affect one's personality through psychological or emotional disturbances.
