  3. In most states, yes.  You are still restricted as to the *number* of hours you can work, but not as to *what* those hours are.

    A few states, I believe, may state that you may only work between the hours of ___ and ___ (enter the appropriate times), but most states don't.  As long as you don't exceed the max number of hours per day, you're fine.

    I would check with the labor code to be sure, but I believe you can.  You would need a work permit of course.  I live in OK, and homeschool students work and volunteer during the day all the time here.  Actually, businesses tend to like hs kids better, since their schedules are more flexible.

  4. I believe that you still have to be 16 to work most places, but yeah, you can work during school hours.

  5. Yes.As long as your parents are okay with it and sign some kind of permission paper.

  6. No. You would have to follow the same laws as a public or private schooled individual would. The law is the law, period.
