Can a union worker opt out of the insurance plan provided by the union if they are unhappy with the insurance?

  1. Unless you want a visit from "Big Tony"...I would say no.


  2. call your union rep, they will have answers for you. Every union has its own set of by-laws.

  3. A union member had better do whatever the union tells them to....unless they want their tires slashed.
