Can a vampire that was recently bitten, turn a human into a vampire???

No one can turn a human into a vampire. It doesn't work like that. Vampires are born. Vampires are human already. Someone telling you that they were bitten and "became" a vampire is lying. Period.

You were only bitten? You can't become a vampire until you drink another vampires blood. Just being bitten wont do anything, you need another vampires DNA to merge with your own to change you.

Vampires don't exists they were made up for enjoyment and superstition that's all their cool and all but are not real.Sorry.

No, nothing can turn a human into a vampire because vampires in the classical sense don't exist.

If they did, it would depend on what bit them recently.  A mosquito bite wouldn't really impair any action, but if they were bitten by an alligator they might not be able to do much of anything for a while.
