Can a woman ever get her EXACT figure back after having a baby?

Hi ladies.

I'm very, very devoted to working out. I train hard and I love what I do. It took me an almost an entire year to have the figure I have today and I am very happy with it. Anyways, I was discussing having kids with a co-worker of mine (who has a baby) and she told me that she suggests I wear the cutest outfits I can possibly find right now because once I have a baby, I'll never look the same ever again. That really depresses me. Is she right? Has anybody here ever lost the weight and weighed the same they did before they had the baby?

  1. Yeah it's possible...but you REALLY have to work for it. Look at Heidi Klum and Denise Richards for example--they were in bikinis within a short few months after giving birth (how they did it I don't know, but they did it!). Also, if you watch what you eat during pregnancy (and not use the time to binge on nachos and cheese fries and all that other junk) while you're pregnant, and eat healthy, nutritious food with vitamins and nutrients and good fat and protein and all that other stuff, it'll probably help. Also I think you can take exercise classes while pregnant...like yoga or something...that and a good, healthy diet should be the right combo to get you a healthy baby AND get your body back after birth (it's what I'm going to do!).
