Can a woman get pregnant if she took the Nuvaring out the day after she had s*x?

I met this gal recently and the first night one thing led to another and we had s*x (dumb mistake on both our parts). We had s*x a few minutes before I put on a condom (the kind with spermicide) and I even pulled out when I came. There was bunch of blood on the sheets too. She had been using Nuvaring for about 3 months (June-August) and took it out the day after we had s*x because she didn't like the way it made her feel. Prior to that she had an iud for 3 months but switched to the nuvaring because the iud made her sick. Is it possible from the few minutes we did it without a condom that she could be pregnant? She said her periods have not been regular with either the iud or the Nuvaring. Would it take awhile for her body to regulate itself after having used the Nuvaring for 3 months?

Can't see how she could be pregnant because it sounds like while yal where having "relations" she started her period. No need to look at the bc methods.
