Warning too much information DON'T READ if you don't want to be grossed out!

Well I'm 12 almost 13 and about 3 months ago I had like weird brown gross sticky discharge in my underwear but I don't think it could have been I got my period because it wasn't enough and it never dried. I thought it was a yeast infection but I was wondering if you have to have your period to have those? And eventually it went away. But I had discharge before that for a couple months and now I still have a little but it's clear.

  1. Don't worry, these things happen especially before and after the first period. But if you still had it in 3-6 months from now, you should visit a doctor. Otherwise, it happens, you just have to wash the area daily and always change your underwear when you have things stuck to it.

  2. I don't think it was a yeast infection. It seems like you are going to be atarting your period soon (that's what the brown discharge is telling you). I can't tell you how soon you will get it, but I would just be prepared. Good Luck.

  3. that isnt a yeast infection. probably just a bit of bacterial infection that went away on its own

yeast infections give you bad back ache, burn when you pee, hurt your stomach and make you pee smell like bread (weird).
