    yes he can...as long as he gets a working visa.

    For holidays, visa's are not normally required by south africans for visits of up to 6 months.Many young south africans go over like this, pretending to be going on holiday and then they work over there illegally. This is wrong and if you get caught they will take serious action against you. I knew someone that was sent back to south africa and he is never allowed to return!

    He will need a working visa. These allow you to live in england for two years however you may only work for one. They cost about R3300.

    Another bit of info...The visa system is about to change regarding soon it will be like a visa "lottery".Only certain people will be granted a visa.
