    Acidophilus and other probiotics are the beneficial bacteria in your intestinal tract.... Lactaid is an enzyme complex that works in your stomach to digest Lactose. They work in entirely different areas, so they would not do the same things. Sorry!

    acidolpholus is not a dairy aid digestive product, it's to replace the "good" bacteria in the digestive/colon system.
