Can african american women wear light colored eyeshadow ?

i want to buy baby blue eyeshadow and other light colors but im scared to try it can african american women wear light colors ?

try a copper bronze color

yeah we can wear pink, peach, green and maybe some more.  but not really silver because it can make us look ashy.
